I lost a dear friend Tuesday, and the world lost a wonderful person. She was a co-conspirator in my Poetry Month celebration, and she was looking forward to April. I decided that I had to write a poem, just for her. For those who knew her, I’m sorry for your loss, and for those who didn’t get to know her, I am doubly sorry for that loss. This is for Kay.
